In this episode we have Engr. Shaira Tenorio from Island Aviation Incorporated, who started as a civil engineering student and then later shifted her educational path towards Aeronautical engineering. Engr. Shaira has always had a passion for the science and principles that make an aircraft fly since she was young and is now pursuing a role as an Aircraft maintenance engineer.
She shares with us her challenges on finding a job in the midst of a pandemic as well as her inspirations and steps taken to be where she is right now.
