Country Representatives

As a part of enhancing The WiAA Project initiative in Asia, we are recruiting The WiAA Project Country Representatives (individuals and entities).

Role – through their social media and other channels :

  • To promote our initiative
  • To update our activities
  • To source females in aviation who we can write articles/stories on and publish on our platform
  • To pitch to join our virtual events

The objective is to outreach the region in the most effective way. Countries we are currently focusing on are Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Philippines and Vietnam.

Saira Kanchwala

Singapore

Hi I am Saira Kanchwala based in Singapore. I am an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with 20 years of proven track record in Aviation and Logistic industries in the Asia Pacific region. I have strong client relationship and project management skills. I have managed business growth of a diverse portfolio of customers across market verticals within Aviation, Energy and Chemical sectors and collaborated on various programs, involving civil, regulatory and government to government (GTG) negotiations. I have the ability to communicate and work with different stakeholders across cultures.

My hobbies are art, dance and hiking.

Sarah Keates

Sarah Keates is Founder of WOI (White Orchid Insights). She is a seasoned marketing, communications, and events professional with over 15 years’ experience in the sector. Prior to starting WOI, Sarah held several in-house, regional leadership roles account managing clients from the business aviation, education, wellness, and luxury sectors.

Sarah is passionate about supporting community and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Based in Hong Kong, Sarah is mother to two children, Aimee and Luca. My hobbies are art, dance and hiking.
